Mmmmonday - Bainbridge Organic Spirits
It’s not often that I wish I lived anywhere but right here in Boston, but the news about Bainbridge Island’s new organic distillery has me longing for the West Coast.
I love the idea of spirits produced with locally grown organic ingredients…I just wish Bainbridge Distillers were local to me! I’m looking forward to trying these spirits once they make their way east.

Uncle B: WHAT?!? I didn’t realize you lived on Bainbridge Island! What a tiny, tiny world! I can’t remember where I first heard about Bainbridge Distillers, but I think their booze sounds right up my alley. Organic gin?! Sign me up!
You’ll have to swing by for a little tasting and let me know what you think. I know, I know…I’ll have to twist your arm. ;)
