Jazzhands!

Maybe I’ve been watching too much Glee, or maybe I’m just a magpie that can’t resist the shiny-shiny. Either way, I have a new obsession: sequins. I’m especially loving them when they’re paired with draped fabric in shades of cream, nude, and other neutrals.
My current objects of desire are these vintage Moroccan wedding blankets (left and bottom right), available from Maryam at My Marrakesh. I can’t get enough of the combination of shiny sequins and natural fibers in soft creams and whites.
If only I had the patience (and the time!), I could jazz up something of my own with these vintage sequins (top right) available right now on Ebay. Absolutely gorgeous!
