Mmmonday! Almond Polenta Cake
If you’re on dessert duty this holiday season, try this yummy cake that is sure to please the pickiest of party guests. It includes all the basics like eggs, butter, flour and sugar, but the polenta gives this cake a wonderful texture and the almond extract an enticing flavor.

could you please post the yoga journal “polenta almond cake” recipe on your feed? I have searched the internet far and wide and can’t get my hands on it. The links you posted to the other cakes are not the same as the recipe in the magazine…
