Mmmmonday - Suspicion at the Friendly Toast
The Friendly Toast is a bit of a staple among my circle of friends; we tend to go there if we have a large group, if some of us want breakfast for dinner, if it’s Wednesday, if it’s Friday, etc. I’ve been slowly sampling their short list of house cocktails, but have avoided the “Suspicion” thus far because…well, I was suspicious. I couldn’t imagine that it would be very tasty. This past Friday, I was feeling bold and decided to give it a shot. Wow…#1 with a bullet (at the Toast, anyway).
Coco-cola, cherry puree, and Jägermeister?! Really? Yes, really. Trust me.

That does sound a bit scary, but I’m intrigued! :-) Plus anything with a cherry garnish usually gets my vote!

Oh! I had a sip of this, and it was stellar. Really. Sweet but not cloying. Mmm indeed.
