Mmmonday! Sugar Sugar Candy
Oh how excited I was to see this package arrive in my mailbox recently! Looking like it had come from some far off exotic place, it was actually from Sugar Sugar Candy in Minneapolis. Joni, the shop’s proprietor and gift wrap extraordinaire, followed her dream and opened up shop around Halloween last year.
When I read about the ramen noodle chocolate bars on the shop’s facebook page, I knew they would make the perfect gift for my ramen-obsessed friend. I also decided to treat Mr. Pony (a huge chocolate lover) and myself and ordered the french toast and tortilla lime flavors too.
The meticulously wrapped package arrived with a vintage postcard and the sweets tied with brightly colored velour ric rac. It was so pretty, I almost didn’t want to open it… almost.
“Yum” is all I can say!

Chocolate covered ramen noodles sound SO strangely delicious… And that address label is too cute! Is it vintage or repro?

They ARE delicious! I think my favorite was the tortilla lime though, so good. Not sure about the label, probably a repro I am guessing although Joni loves vintage so it might have been from her stash of paper stuff.

Jess, yes chocolate ramen is delicious! Although the tortilla lime was my favorite of the 3. Not sure about the label, Joni has a big collection of vintage stuff, including paper, so could be. :)
